Each batch of mixture is checked and stored in a special cell that ensures constant temperatures and humidity at any time of the year, maintaining the high quality of the raw materials.

Ten-fluid uses injection and compression presses for the production of rubber elements and components but is also equipped for the printing of plastic materials, for which a special area has been converted.

All the phases of the production process and the subsequent finishing phases are checked and monitored by specialised personnel in order to ensure a high quality product.

The achievement of the material’s technical characteristics and the completion of the vulcanisation process are ensured by post-curing, through furnaces controlled with a computer system.

Finally, the selection of the pieces is essential, which is carried out with optical sorting machines in order to ensure a high standard of quality.
